The West Manatee Firefighters Benevolent Association, Inc. is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of Manatee County firefighters and their families while making a lasting, positive impact throughout our local community.

Our mission is to support the wellbeing of Manatee County firefighters and their families while serving and strengthening our local community. Through compassion, generosity, and community partnership, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who dedicate themselves to protecting others.
We provide financial assistance and support to help firefighters and their families navigate challenging times. We believe that caring for those who serve begins with standing beside them and their loved ones when support matters most.
Through community outreach and charitable initiatives, we work to build stronger connections, encourage generosity, and make a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors throughout Manatee County.
Through the Brian Reed Scholarship, we help support individuals pursuing careers in the fire service. By investing in future firefighters, we honor the spirit of service and help inspire the next generation of professionals committed to protecting and serving our communities.
Serving since 1951, our Association is made up of current and former employees of the West Manatee Fire Rescue district and their family members, united by a shared commitment to service, compassion, and community.
